This small batch release is a sweet mix of local bush blend honey paired with strawberries hand picked by the Three Horn Family around the Surf Coast and Bellarine and zesty limes. The sweetness of the honey and strawberry form together in a beautifully smooth front, while the citrus of the lime give this sweet mead a complexity and flavour profile that will have you coming back for more.
Best served chilled however can be enjoyed at room temperature.
